Recurring Postings

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Department	A drop-down list consisting of all the post type departments defined by the property.
Post Type	A drop-down list consisting of all the post types for the report selection.
Post Status	Available options include the following: By Room#/Name - Sorts the report by room#/name. By Post Type - Sorts the report by post type.

Field	Description
Room#	The room number of the guest.
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Post Type	The post type selected in parameters.
Freq	The frequency of the charges posted. It can be daily or weekly.
Amount	The charge of the recurring post.
Date	The date the posting is done.
Arrive	The arrival date of the guest.
Depart	The departure date of the guest.
Totals	The sum of all amounts.
